Form data: name, company, email address, phone number, sector, budget range and the project description you submit through the project or contact form.

Communication data: content and metadata of email correspondence with us.

Technical data: server logs such as truncated IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser type, needed to operate the site securely.

We process your data to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and enter into or perform a contract (Art. 31 revFADP, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Processing for marketing purposes takes place only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. Contract documents are retained for the statutory period of ten years.

We never sell personal data. Disclosure is limited to carefully selected processors (hosting, email, infrastructure) bound by a data processing agreement.

Where processing takes place outside Switzerland or the EEA, an adequate level of protection is ensured through standard contractual clauses.

The website is served exclusively over TLS. Access to customer data is role-based, logged and reduced to the necessary minimum.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to certain processing activities.
